Zimtsterne

Wie schon auf Instagram gepostet, hat bei mir jetzt auch die Zimtsternsaison begonnen. Passend hierzu mein Zimtstern Rezept :)

Zutaten – Teig

  • 250g Haferflocken (Blütenzart)
  • 100g Mehl
  • 180g Zucker
  • 50g Gemahlene Mandeln
  • 250g Margarine
  • 4g Zimt
  • 2-3 EL Rahm
  • 4g Kakaopulver
  • 1 Prise Nelkenpulver

Glasur

  • Rum
  • Puderzucker

Bei den Haferflocken nehme ich immer Kölnflocken. Für die Glasur eignet sich Vanille-Rum hervorragend, auch wenn die Plätzchen dann ziemlich nach Piratenschiff riechen. Ihr könnt natürlich auch Zitronensaft oder Wasser verwenden.

Ich backe die Glasur nicht mit, sondern streiche sie nachdem die Plätzchen abgekühlt sind mit der Glasur ein, wobei ich einen Zahnstocher zur Hilfe nehme, damit ich auch gut in die Ecken komme. Die Plätzchen selbst kommen bei mir bei 180°C in den Backofen für etwa 10-12 Minuten.
